‘Balls Up: Juggling HSC Physics’
The School of Physics at The University of Sydney is hosting hands-on workshops for teachers on the new content in the Physics Stage 6 Syllabus in Sydney, Coffs Harbour and Dubbo.
These workshops cater for: teachers who do NOT have a background in Physics but are teaching Physics; early career teachers; as well as established Physics teachers.
The focus will be on scaffolding Year 11 and seamlessly integrating Year 12, avoiding a balls-up (stuff up) while juggling equations, investigations, and new or unfamiliar concepts.
These workshops are:
NESA Accredited (Contributes 4 hours and 55 minutes of required PD)
Run from 9am to 3pm
Morning tea and lunch will be provided
Cost $250 plus GST to be pre paid
